Article Publishing Charges

The Visayas State University (VSU) gratuitously established ATR as a venue for the sharing of quality research-based technologies and innovations at no cost to researchers. Currently, ATR is fully funded by VSU, and therefore, it does not charge any article processing/publishing fees.
